Book HereSometimes it may be difficult to get directions right in Costa Rica. And we are also off-grid from Google Maps addresses (we are away from the main road, we are not situated by the side of the road because we are a private property). Therefore, we decided to provide you instructions.
First things first, you will have to drive to the Osa Peninsula. You have to take La Costanera Sur highway. You must pass by Dominical, Uvita, and Ojochal. Then, 4km from Ojochal southbound you will find a bridge on the highway.
ATTENTION You must take the left exit BEFORE crossing that bridge.

From the previous pointer from Punta Mala entrance, you have to drive 4 kilometers through a secondary road, it is a magical drive through the rainforest. It takes 12 minutes to reach the reserve from the highway.
ATTENTION You must pass by Restaurante Tilapias el Pavon. From there about 200 meters you will find Rio Tico Safari Lodge, keep driving straight from there. Do not take to the right. Continue for 200 meters and you will find a green gate. Our logo is outside, ring the bell.
